Spotify Wave is what i like to do in my free time. Doing Spotify Playlist covers in vaporwave, 80's, 90's style.
No começo, eu gostava de deixar isso bem fiel no estilo Vaporwave, com estatuas antigas, texturas, escritas em japonês, palmeiras, sempre gostando muito da coloração roxa.
In the beginning I really liked to keep this really into Vaporwave style, with old statues, textures, Japanese writing, palm trees, always liking a lot using purple colors.
Invés de usar estátuas antigas, nesse caso eu usei uma foto de depósito de imagens de manequins e usei a cultura Japonesa, com um card do Vegeta de Dragon Ball Z (meu personagem favorito), tentando deixar um estilo único para mim e nostálgico.
A inspiração é o clipe "Hurt" do Yung Lean, tentando trazer a estética "sad boy", usando um moletom rosa, estilo Vaporwave, e usando cards da cultura Japonesa, no caso dele Pokémon, e no meu caso Dragon Ball Z.
Instead of using old statues, in this one I use a stock photo of mannequins and used Japonese culture, with a Dragon Ball Z card of Vegeta (my favorite character), always trying to keep the style unique for me and nostalgic.
This one is really inspired in "Yung Lean - Hurt" music video, trying to bring some of his "sad boy aesthetic" using a pink hoodie, vaporwave style, and using card of Japonese culture, in his case Pokémon, in my case Dragon Ball Z.
Não muito ligado ao estilo Vaporwave, mas tentando abusar da nostalgia, eu tentei recriar alguns elementos dos anos 80, usando luzes neon, arranha-céus de neon, e um "efeito 3d". Esses dois me trazem boas memórias, a primeira capa sendo eu e meu pai, quando eu era um bebê, e a segunda sendo eu criança, feliz, junto comigo feliz, alguns anos mais velho.
Not really in the vaporwave department, but really trying to abuse on nostalgic feels, i tried recreating some elements of the 80's, with neon lights, neon skyscrapers, and a kinda of "3d effect". This two really bring me good memories, the first one being me and my father when i was just a baby, and the second one being my young self happy, with another me looking for him, happy too.
Novamente no estilo Vaporwave, relembrando os dias do PS1, eu criança, junto de alguns personagens clássicos da época do PlayStation 1. Eu tentei juntar minhas memórias com algo maior, que pudesse trazer nostalgia em outras pessoas.
Again into Vaporwave style, reminding the PS1 days, with nostalgia, me as a kid and some classic PS1 classic characters. I tried combining my memories with something bigger, that a lot of other people could feel the nostalgia too.
Não muito nostálgico, mas inserido na cultura pop, eu juntei meu filme favorito e meu super-herói favorito no estilo Vaporwave. Nostálgico para mim e reconhecível para os outros.
Not nostalgic, but really inserted in nowadays pop culture, I put together my favorite movie and my favorite superhero in Vaporwave style. Nostalgic for me, but recognizable for others.
Esse é um pouco fora do estilo Vaporwave, mas eu queria algo pessoal que mostrasse meu amor pelos anos 80 e homenageasse a década de meu nascimento, os anos 90, com efeito de vídeo cassete, falhas na imagem, glitch (algo que tinha usado em outras artes de Vaporwave).
This is kinda of out of the place in the Vaporwave section, but i really liked something personal that could bring my love for the 80's and the decade that i was born the 90's, with some iconic VHS image, glitching (something that I used in some other Vaporwave style images).
